Debilitating self-defeating beliefs are the errors in thinking that affect your view of yourself or others. You can get so carried away that you develop panic disorder, anxiety, and depression.
As an example, your beliefs impact everything you do. Every decision you make is based on your beliefs because they are made up of everything you know to be true.
